Who we are

Om Valley as a group seeks to provide alternative and complimentary therapies to help move clients into physical, mental, and spiritual wholeness. The healing yurt was imagined to be a space where individuals and groups can feel that they have entered a sacred space in nature. A guiding force in this work is to make healing accessible to all. We strive to offer a monthly seva event, currently being expressed through a kirtan offering.​

Ciarra was born and raised in New Mexico, where she and her family now reside on a small farm outside of Las Cruces, you'll find them brewing kombucha and playing with clay. She holds a M.S. in both Education and Psychology and has worked in the field for over a decade, now as a consultant. She has implemented suicide prevention and threat assessment programs in the public education system along with countless hours of assessment and group and individual therapy. As a 500-hr registered yoga teacher trained in hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and nidra with a focus on meditation and pranayama. She works from a non-dual lens of inquiry about ourselves and the world around us.

Current offerings include yoga, integrative restoration (iRest ©) yoga nidra, sound baths, and private sound sessions. Currently training as a yoga therapist and holotropic breathwork facilitator.

As a participant and practitioner of non ordinary states of consciousness, she actively advocates for these natural means of improving mental health, including plant medicines with supportive integration.
